One of the best lower watt amps for players has been carefully designed and thought out by David Sewell from PRS Guitars,and David Grissom,one of rock's best players,both indie wise,and an in demand session player to boot.

They made two natural toned amps with a 50 and 30 watt range. Grissom also said these amps also have that vintage tone flavor that very few brand name amps can create.

Grissom uses these amps for both sessions and in live settings. What Dave really sees in the PRS DG30 Amp is a recoil from trying to be like an old Bluesbreaker,or a Fender Champ in the vintage regard.

Tube Wise In The PRS DG 30 Custom Amps:

They come with EL 84's and 7581 Power tubes, for that old 60 and 70's power rock feel,and a number of tone design features that control the range of tone and gain,a solid presence control option,a boost and normal switch--along with a bright switch for cleaner tones and a reverb to offset both hard rock or more acoustic like playing.
